Birchbox December Twinkle All The Way

Embracing the festive season with a sparkly box and some extra goodies, December's Birchbox is by far the best they have done in a long time! Normally there are one or two products I won't use, but this month I love EVERYTHING!  Let's take a closer look....





LARITZY Cosmetics - Long Lasting Liquid Lipstick in shade Tidal. This liquid formula delivers rich, pigmented colour that won't budge! The first full sized product in the box that everyone will recieve. And worth an amazing £20!

Oh K! - Bubble Sheet Mask. An innovative mask that reacts with the oxygen in the air to form tiny bubbles when you place it on your face. It does make for a serious funny look but purifies and smooths skin for a radiant complexion. Its a fun sheet mask and I love the tingly feeling of the bubbles. Leave on for ten minutes and rinse with warm water. Another full size worth £7.50.




Rituals - The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Cream. Combining an irresistible aroma of Indian rose with pampering Himalayan honey, the body cream nourishes and hydrates skin quickly. A really good sized deluxe sample coming in at 70ml (full size £19.50)

Percy & Reed - Totally TLC Hydrating Mask. This mask is designed to give moisture to all hair types. Leaves hair soft, manageable and conditioned. A sachet sample of 25ml, which depending on hair length may give two uses. (full size £22) 




Balance Me - Flash Cleanse Micellar Water.  Gently removes makeup and sweeps away impurities. This product is 99% natural,containing a blend of peptides, chamomile, neroli and mandarin to aid skins natural regeneration and fight signs of aging. A decent sample size 30ml (full size £16)

Love Lula are making some changes to their monthly subscription which will be coming to an end in May. I will miss the surprise treat every month but don't panic! One thing I love about skincare products is a good face mask...who doesn't am I right?! I was very excited this month to be given a chance to test out the Aura Manuka Honey Mask from Antipodes. It is suitable for most skin types, but especially great for blemish prone skin, so perfect for my skin type...in theory. The Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask * is £26.99 and comes in a 75ml foil tube inside a cardboard box (which can both be recycled!) As a little goes a long way, I can see this mask lasting a good amount of time.
