A weekly exfoliating peel with invigorating Birch, the Weleda Pearl Body Scrub* stimulates circulation and supports skin renewal, giving skin a fresher more even appearance.

Made with tiny granules of natural wax pearls, meaning no nasty mirco plastics which harm the environment! The granules are gentle on the skin yet effective at exfoliating, leaving behind skin that is soft and smooth.

 This body scrub has a lovely fresh uplifting scent... zingy with grapefruit, citrus and cypress, which is perfect for a morning shower to wake you up. Priced at £10.50 for 150ml it is an affordable body scrub and one that will be making a regular appearance in my weekly routine.

I normally have 2 or 3 coffees a day but have been swapping my morning coffee for a PureChimp Matcha Green Tea *(50g £9.95) Purechimp offer 4 flavours. Regular, turmeric, mint or lemon matcha tea. One thing I love about skincare products is a good face mask...who doesn't am I right?! I was very excited this month to be given a chance to test out the Aura Manuka Honey Mask from Antipodes. It is suitable for most skin types, but especially great for blemish prone skin, so perfect for my skin type...in theory.
