Love Lula Beauty Box June

Image
It is hard to believe we are already half way through the year, time really is flying! I am rounding up June with the Love Lula Beauty Box* which contains 4 full sized products worth a total of £63! Here is a look at the contents.... Humble By Nature Sweet Pea & Verbena Hand Cream 75ml £8.00 Created by TV presenter Kate Humble, this hand cream has a delicate fragrance of Lemon and Verbena, with notes of Jasmine with a woody base. Blended with cocoa butter and shea butter, the hand cream is moisturising and smells delicious. Kathleen Natural Citrus Cheer Bubble Bath & Shower Gel 150ml £18 With Lemon, Rosewood and Geranium essential oils, this is a zesty citrus bubble bath & shower gel which cleanses, hydrates, and balances the skin without dry it out. I have tried all the Bath & Shower Gels from Kathleen Natural and this is by far my favourite fragrance. Elsa's Organic Skinfood Detox Natural Deodorant 60g £18 A Charcoal and Bentonite Clay infuse...

Kimberly Sayer Ultra Light Moisturiser SPF30

Image
I have to admit I have never really used sun protection on my face as I have always found sun creams to be too thick and sticky for my face, and honestly I don't like the feel of them on my skin. The most sun protection my face has seen has come from foundations or bb creams with added SPF. There are a lot of facial moisturisers on the market now with SPF, many of which have been around for years, I have just never really looked into them before now. One such product that has been around for ages is Kimberly Sayer Ultra Light Organic Facial Moisturiser *, which has an SFP of 30. Having been testing this moisturiser out over the last few weeks I am annoyed at myself for not looking into it earlier! It is truly lovely. The Kimberly Sayer Ultra Light Organic Facial Moisturiser comes in a 120ml bottle and costs £28.30, which I think is a decent price for the amount of product you are getting. I like that the bottle clearly shows how much product is left, and the air locked pump dispe...

Beauty Pie Box #3

Image
My latest Beauty Pie box is here. This is my 3rd box, see my previous boxes HERE and HERE . I started off on a £10 monthly plan which gives me £100 spending limit, however after I placed this order I upgraded to £15 (£150 limit) and I am letting it roll over for another month so I can then purchase one large order with £300 credit! Every product on the site shows the 'Typical Price' which is the normal retail price, this price comes off your spending limit/credit and the 'Members Price' which is what you as a member pay to buy the product. Prices vary daily for products depending on a number of factors.  Here is what I got in my box. Jeju Rehydration Mist+ 100ml £11.86 This was the 'Pie Day' product for May, which means you can buy the product without using up any of your spending allowance. Pie days happen 3-4 times a year, or more for annual members. With hydrating hyaluronic acid, energizing bamboo grass, antioxidant Jeju yoshino b...

Project Empties #4

Image
I have so many beauty products so I am going to do my best to use up more of my products before buying more (minus current subscriptions boxes of course). Here is a round up of the products I used up over the last 4-5 weeks. Aveda Damage Remedy Restructuring Conditioner Like/Dislike: I liked this conditioner but didn't feel like it repaired my hair in any way. Buy again? Probably not Ayumi Intensive Hair Conditioning Treatment Like/Dislike: Loved the scent of this conditioner and my hair was left soft. Buy again?: Yes Kathleen Tonifying Mist Like/Dislike: I liked this mist, its refreshing and the bottle lasts ages! Buy Again? Yes but I already have another one in my stash :) Lovegrove Essentials Toning Mist Like/Dislike: I actually used this up in my last empties post here but I must of forgotten to throw the bottle out and its been mixed up in with my recent empties! I enjoyed this mist and will be looking into other products from the...
