Jane Scrivner Expert Eye Duo

Image
Like many people over the last few months I haven't seen my family face to face (mostly due to covid 19, but also the fact my family live a 5 hour drive away!) so we have been video chatting more frequently. When my stepdad commented on how tired I looked, I knew it was down to my eyes. Although I didn't necessarily feel tired at the time, my eyes were telling a different story. The eyes give away a lot about a person. When tired or stressed eyes will appear dull and drained and this is demonstrated in dehydrated, grey, baggy and pale skin around the eyes. This month I wanted to use a product to help rejuvenate the skin around my eyes.... Enter Jane Scrivner ! Expert Eye Duo Ultra Hydrating Eye Masque & Eye Firming Concentrate * £49 (30ml & 15ml respectively) is a duo dubbed as the 'Dream Team' for the eyes. This duo works together to hydrate skin, brighten dark circles and fight fine lines & wrinkles around the eye area. Available to buy as separ

Last week I took advantage of Madara's up to 40% off sale, and treated myself to a few new products as well as a staple in my routine. I wanted some products targeted to my skin type so I have purchased a few products from the ACNE range that work well together. Latest In Beauty April Edit

Image
Last month Latest In Beauty brought a few natural products to their selection with the 'Oh So Natural' Edit. The theme delivers a customisable edit that puts the spotlight on those products that combine natural ingredients and scents that are sure to zing up your routine! A new product is added to the website daily, some sell out the same day while others may be available all month long, depending on how popular the product is. From as little as £9 per month you can chose the products that suit your needs or wants. I went for the £15 'Beauty Enthusiast' subscription which lets you pick 6 products. Every month Latest in Beauty (LIB) have a 'Haul of Fame' product. This is a product that they will have available ALL month long, so everyone can get a chance to pick it for their box. This month however it was a duo in the form of Molten Brown's Heavenly Gingerlily Bath & Shower Gel and Body Lotion (worth £20) I picked up the Neem & Te

My recently used up products - project empties #3

Image
It has been a while since I have blogged an empties post (over a year!) so thought I would share with you all my recently used up products before I bin/recycle the empties! There isn't many as I tend to get rid of the tubes right after I've used a product but these have all been finished up this week so I kept them :) Amika the Kure Repair Shampoo & Repair Conditioner - I really liked both of these products and they lasted ages! My hair especially liked the conditioner. The scent was lovely and my hair was left feeling nourished and easy to manage. I will probably buy again after I've used up some of my other shampoos. Lebon Toothpaste - Loved this toothpaste, it contains Aloe Vera & Green Tea to help protect gums and control bacteria and added natural flavours of liquorice and mint. I got this one from Latest in Beauty. I already have a backup in a different flavour, but prefer this one. Malin + Goetz Eucalyptus Deodorant - I picked this
